We're planning to change our Ezproxy server's IP address on Monday Jan 26 to a different address still within the same range as the rest of campus.</div>

We are registered with theipregistry.org and I will change it there, but not all of our vendors use that service.</div>

Most vendors are happy with the proxy server being in the overall campus range and won't care that we change ezproxy's IP address in particular as long as it's within our campus range they already know.</div>

So I am concerned about identifying which vendors meet both of these conditions:</div>
