<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The solution was to go into the new EBSCO Experience Manager (the new database admin site which you need to request), selecting our institution (if you manage more than one)
and then <a href="https://connect.ebsco.com/s/article/How-Do-I-Create-URLs-for-My-Institutions-EBSCO-Products?language=en_US">
using these instructions</a> to generate new links for all our EBSCO databases. The new links don’t give the 404 error when patrons try to login to their EBSCO accounts.

suggested updating proxy server configuration stanzas and restarting the EZProxy server. This was done; it hasn't helped. Ebsco is now suggesting it is an OCLC issue. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
