 means also removing the EBSCO LinkSource stanza that used to be at the beginning of the EBSCOHost stanza (it's OK to leave the Option Cookie, just to make sure the default cookie functionality is set like it should be).</span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;color:#2B2E2F"><br>

<span style="background:white">Then in your EZproxy admin go to View Server Status and perform the Host Maintenance:</span><br>

<span style="background:white">If you still see issues then can you send us your complete updated config.txt (plus any include files it might point to), and temporarily add this line to the top of your user.txt so can check to see that the user header is getting

 suggested updating proxy server configuration stanzas and restarting the EZProxy server.  This was done; it hasn't helped.  Ebsco is now suggesting it is an OCLC issue.    </span><o:p></o:p></p>
