I just checked and everything is working on our end. This might be a long shot, but I noticed that your email mentioned you have IP authentication set to "Yes". I looked at our settings and we have "yes" there. I know that sometimes the linking parameters can
be fussy about case sensitivity so maybe try that? Again, I wouldn't count on that being the cause but it's worth a shot.</div>
