To those who have already chosen to upgrade to the new ProQuest Ebook Central Reader App this week or before: is anyone having issues actually downloading the app to Windows devices, or seeing any books in your bookshelf in the app on Android? If anyone has

 been successful using this app, I'd like to know, too.</div>

I've already put in a case with PQ/Ex Libris, but I'm wondering if this is an isolated issue or not. I've tried a workstation, two library computers, and a home computer. I am having a hard time imagining this is an error on our side.</div>
