<p class="x_MsoNormal">We decided to go with the new BSI interface (BSC and Business Premier) as well.</p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal">Today, we realized that the link resolver is not appearing for no full text articles on the BSI profile. Results simply do not have any linking options.</p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal">Our other 60+ EBSCO databases (on the ehost profile) are working fine, displaying the link resolver option. To be clear, we do not use EBSCO discovery service. We are on Primo VE. </p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal">We opened a support case with EBSCO. I can confirm that other libraries in our CSU system are also experiencing this problem, so, I want to draw it to your attention, wondering if you are also seeing this.</p>
