I wonder if anyone who subscribes to O'Reilly for Higher Education (learning.oreilly.com ...once known as Safari Books Online) and uses EZproxy and SAML with it has regular mentions of users not being able to get past the "Let's Go" screen to an active "Got
It" screen ("<span style="font-weight: 500;"><i>Your institution provides you with free access to our 50K+ books, 30K+ hours of video, audiobooks, shortcuts, expert playlists, and more.</i></span>")? Rather they get this greyed-out "Got It" screen...</div>

...but some users say they still can't get in even after we suggest clearing their cache and retrying multiple times, trying other major browsers, trying a completely different computer, etc. (...I'm assuming they are actually doing all this and not just saying
they are. I miss the days when we were right in front of them and try things out with them).</div>
