(But I'm interested in learning about the capabilities of SmartBear and similar technologies to address this and other tasks!) My institution's robust telecommuting policy means that I don't currently feel obligated to use personal resources (beyond standard telework personal resources, e.g., Internet access) to test off-campus access because, as others have noted, even when I'm on campus, there are off-campus colleagues I can call on to help troubleshoot.</div><div><br></div><div>I'll note, I do think that telecommuting is something to include in a hypothetical document outlining a variety of ways to make sure that ERLs can reasonably use company resources to test off-campus access!
