We have been having issue (might be different than yours) with Wiley, as well as Taylor & Francis and Sage: after user has logged in, they would get a page saying “verifying you are human”, and doesn’t go away. There is no problem access
these databases via VPN. I have tickets with all three vendors and so far the issue is still unresolved.

One thing in common with these three vendors is that they all use CloudFlare. OCLC suggests that vendors contact CloudFlare and add our proxy domains (not IPs), but so far the vendors are only willing to whitelist our proxy server IP,
which didn’t help…

Is anyone having problems with authentication to Wiley Online Library off campus? We use EZ proxy and made sure our stanzas match the 7/8/24 update but the site is still not recognizing the university. Our name does not appear in the
heading like it does on campus and this string appears at the end of the URL “/?skip=true”

There are no error messages and our regular login through the proxy and DUO security seem to be working fine. I have not seen this behavior before, and I tested access to other publisher sites and there was not a similar issue.
