comes onto the scene. And there is no proxy.cornell.edu in the URL. </span></p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal">Testing myself, from home/off-campus, now, this evening, all I have to do is click over to Meaning & use, and already I am prompted to login or subscribe, and also see paywall in the URL, rather than our proxy info etc. like I would expect,
having authenticated to get to the OED in the first place from our Database A-Z list.</p>
