<p class="MsoNormal">I was wondering if any one can share how their library prioritizes user requests. We have spent the last year trying to encourage students and faculty to submit resource requests if they believe there are gaps in the collection. We received
 a few requests, and now we need to determine how we should prioritize them. We do not have the staff and budget to evaluate and purchase all of the resources at the same time. Do we prioritize based on the largest faculty? Should it be based on biggest need?<o:p></o:p></p>
