<p class="MsoNormal">We experienced the same issue a couple of times last week. First time ever receiving these types of reports from T&F. Since this seems to be occurring for a number of us, I wonder if T&F has put some feature/protections in place. Unfortunately,
the logs aren’t giving us enough information to determine from where the patron is trying to connect.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We have experienced the same thing with T&F and with University of Chicago Press Journals over the last week. U of Chicago Press thinks the issue is on their end, but we and they are still trying to establish exactly the source of the issue.
In the past, we’ve seen citation software causing this same issue but at least in the T&F case (where we talked with the user), that was not the case this time around.<o:p></o:p></p>

of connections to only 1 or 2 pages. The block seems to occur after 100 total connection attempts.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
