<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Essential responsibilities include:</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">ACQUISITION: Manages acquisition of electronic library resources,
including trials, licenses, renewals and cancellation using appropriate systems
and software.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">EVALUATION: Supports the strategic collection development of
library content through the collection and analysis of usage statistics and
other collection data; this may include working with COUNTER, vendor data,
internal systems and Google Analytics. Establishes data collection policies and
procedures.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">E-RESOURCE MAINTENANCE: 
Creates, maintains and updates records in the Electronic Resource
Management system and other platforms; and monitors renewals for electronic
resources. Reviews and manages licenses in conjunction with Risk Management and
other campus entities. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">SYSTEMS: Administers and maintains the Integrated Library System
(ILS), Innovative’s Sierra. In conjunction with the Head of Resource Management
performs global updates and system changes to the ILS. Maintains and upgrades
ILLiad software in conjunction with Information Technology Services (ITS).
