Responsibilities<span></span></span></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="border:medium none;margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt;line-height:115%;font-size:11pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="color:black">Provides library services to TCNJ students, faculty, and staff, particularly
in the </span><a href="https://education.tcnj.edu/" style="color:blue;text-decoration:underline"><span style="color:rgb(17,85,204)">School of Education</span></a><span>.<span style="color:black">
Services include </span>information literacy instruction<span style="color:black">, subject-specialized and general reference, and collection development
and management of education-related library resources. Engages in scholarly and
service activities expected of tenure-track librarians. Participates in a
library and campus community that is working </span>not just to<span style="color:black"> promote </span>but more<span style="color:black"> fully
realize diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) and racial justice. Reports to the
Dean of the Library. Some </span>evening and weekend duties required.</span><span style="color:black"><span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:10pt 0in;border:medium none;line-height:115%;font-size:11pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><u><span style="color:black">Required</span></u><span style="color:black">: ALA-accredited master's degree received </span><span>by<span style="color:black">
the time employment begins and a broad knowledge of education and curriculum
resources. Educational background and/or experience in a discipline relevant to
education. Relevant experience may include but is not limited to academic </span>libraries<span style="color:black">, teaching </span>or<span style="color:black"> research
positions</span>, etc. <span style="color:black">Demonstrated ability to work
both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication, interpersonal,
and problem-solving skills. </span></span><span style="background:white none repeat scroll 0% 0%">Demonstrated excellence in communicating across a diverse
range of constituencies; initiative, flexibility, and a strong service

Collection development, reference and instruction experience in an academic

Work experience in pre-K-12 settings. Experience working with graduate or
continuing professional students. Additional graduate degree in an appropriate
