</span><a href="https://rollins.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8nOAf6sTRy3vFMa"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#1155CC">survey on library vendor service expectations</span></a><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black"> which collects the perceptions of
workers from vendors and academic/public libraries. We’re looking forward to sharing our initial findings during
</span><a href="https://www.electroniclibrarian.org/2022-preliminary-program/"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#1155CC">Camp ER&L</span></a><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black"> in March. </span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p style="margin:0in"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">The survey includes a Likert scale rating the priorities of 22 library vendor service topics and collects individual (not organizational) perceptions. Vendor workers complete this scale based
on what they believe their library customers view as important and valued. All respondents are provided an opportunity for optional, confidential comments. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p style="margin:0in"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">We’ve received over 350 international responses, with 77% from academic library workers, 12% from vendor workers and 11% from public library workers.
<b>The survey will close on February 28th. If you have already shared your experiences via the survey, please encourage your colleagues to do so. </b></span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p style="margin:0in"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">As a validation measure, this confidential survey collects limited contact information (name and email address). Participants receive a copy of their response by email. Identities of respondents
are confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. This research is planned for publication as a peer-reviewed journal article, with results also to be shared at professional conferences.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
