<div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr">My ProQuest rep confirmed the Music Magazine Archive is now included in Entertainment Industry Magazine Archive. ProQuest sent out a communication back in the fall with information about the change. <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">I am writing to you today to inform you about an upcoming
change to the way you access the Music Magazine Archive collections you
previously purchased from NA Publishing.
In 2018, ProQuest acquired the digital files that NA Publishing had
produced for these collections before they ceased operations. Since then, ProQuest has funded the continued
hosting of that content on the original NA Publishing site to ensure that none of
their customers lose access. We are now
in a position, however, to make this material available on the ProQuest
Platform, through our Entertainment Industry Magazine Archive database. <b>This will require someone at your library
to make a URL change in your system</b>, as we are not able to set an automatic
redirect on your existing URL. The new
URL is: <a href="https://search.proquest.com/eima/">https://search.proquest.com/eima/</a>.
<b><span style="color:rgb(0,112,192)">This new URL will go live on September 30,
2021</span></b>. <b>The NA Publishing
URL will be active until December 31, 2021, at which time it will be shut down.</b> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Legacy usage statistics will have to be gathered prior to
this switch off. Usage statistics will
start to accumulate for you, once you begin to use the new URL on the ProQuest
Platform, and you can retrieve those in the normal manner that you retrieve
other ProQuest Platform database statistics. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">MARC records will also be available via the ProQuest

the ProQuest Platform, your end users will have the benefit of cross searching
this material with other ProQuest databases, and have the experience of a
modern research platform! You will have
until December 31, 2021 to update your URL, but we encourage you to do this

<p class="MsoNormal">Thanks for bringing this up; we have an entry for Music Magazine Archive in our database list but I just checked and the link is broken. I got email last June from our consortium that the archive was acquired by ProQuest after NA Publishing
ceased operations.PQ initially left it on the original platform but then the registration for the site expired so they moved it to their own platform. The address we got and that worked at the time was
