The Electronic Resource Services Manager plays a vital role in CDL’s mission to provide UC students, faculty, and researchers with broad access to an enriching and valuable collection of ebooks, journals, databases, streaming video, and other electronic content.
Responsibilities include ensuring that UC’s shared electronic collections are maintained and utilized by authorized users of those resources; providing technical support to the CDL Help Desk and related services such as link resolution and resource sharing;
managing the Resource Liaison Program, and working on special projects as assigned.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
