<span style="font-size:11.0pt">The Mary and John Gray Library at Lamar University seeks an innovative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, technology-savvy, service-oriented individual to serve as Extended Collections Services Librarian. In the extended collections
model, the library’s holdings combined with resource sharing (ILL), document delivery, and patron-driven acquisition, serve as a unified virtual collection to seamlessly meet user needs. Reporting to the Head of Technical Services, the successful candidate
will be a key player in providing this seamless access to an ever-increasing portion of the universe of information resources, regardless of location, through a holistic approach to the use of advanced technologies and services. This is a non-tenure track

<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:107%">MLS/MIS or equivalent from an ALA-accredited program with a minimum of three years of experience in an academic library, working in interlibrary loan, acquisitions, or serving remote users.<o:p> </o:p></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:108%">Supervisor experience is highly desirable.<o:p> </o:p></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:108%">Ability to work with a diverse population of colleagues and library users.
