<p class="MsoNormal">Has anyone use something like Redirect Path to troubleshoot? You can see in my screenshots that our proxy string is retained until the redirect to palgrave. I don’t know enough about EZProxy config; but would this be fixed by added palgrave
to the Springer stanza? Or adding a Palgrave stanza to the config file?<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The problem for us is not just the weird redirecting, but that our proxy string is stripped off when we are first redirected to palgrave.com. Since our proxy did not carry through, it is not tacked on to
the button directing us to Springer and off-campus users are not able to access the content.
