<p class="MsoPlainText">The Institution of Engineering and Technology’s (IET) research database, Inspec, will now expand coverage to include content from five additional Chinese Laser Press (CLP) journals.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">These journals cover the rapidly expanding areas of optics and photonics, which are a timely addition as 2020 marked the 60th anniversary of the invention of the laser.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">Inspec currently indexes Advanced Photonics and High Power Laser Science and Engineering, two journals which CLP co-publishes with other organisations. This new partnership will expand coverage to include indexing of content published
in CLP journals, including Photonics Research (co-published with The Optical Society, OSA); Chinese Optics Letters; Chinese Journal of Lasers; Acta Optica Sinica;
