<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">I’m curious if these drops are across the board or not. One hypothesis I’d have is that a vendor that opened up their platform for free access is going to see drops because users then didn’t have to authenticate
and so their use isn’t attributable to a particular library/institution. But, if the drops are across the board, that would be evidence against my hypothesis.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
