<p class="MsoNormal">What OpenURL resolver are you using for EndNote? If you are using Alma’s with Primo NUI or VE, it doesn’t work.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Also, does the user have the authentication URL in the settings?<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Also, is the user authenticating before running the Find Full Text feature?<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I don’t use EndNote regularly; but these are all points I had problems with when we moved from SerialsSolutions to Alma/PrimoVE.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Does anyone have experience with the desktop version of EndNote? I’ve been asked for help setting up the “Find Full Text” feature for a user, who says in the past he used it to successfully download PDFs for all of his citations, but now
he can only successfully download half. He’s currently working off-campus and the citations are from various chemistry journals (from ACS, Nature, Wiley, among others).<o:p></o:p></p>
