<p class="MsoNormal">Does anyone have experience with the desktop version of EndNote? I’ve been asked for help setting up the “Find Full Text” feature for a user, who says in the past he used it to successfully download PDFs for all of his citations, but now
he can only successfully download half. He’s currently working off-campus and the citations are from various chemistry journals (from ACS, Nature, Wiley, among others).<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Does the feature not work as well off campus access? Or has it often been hit-or-miss in your experience?<o:p></o:p></p>
