<p class="MsoNormal">I’m not sure where to even go with this. I’m throwing myself on the mercy of anyone that deals with Open Athens and Mary Ann Liebert.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">One of my libraries (TMC) uses Open Athens.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">From any other IP range except their building IP range, a user is prompted by Open Athens to authenticate and then the Mary Ann Liebert pages have TMC branding.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Any user INSIDE the TMC IP range is never asked to authenticate and never has TMC branding.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Even if a user authenticates with Open Athens through a different resource and navigates to Mary Ann Liebert (from a library page link or a Primo service), they still don’t get the TMC branded M-A-L pages.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Anyone have an idea of what is happening?<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">M-A-L is saying this is working as expected. M-A-L says they don’t have the IP range listed in the customer profile/admin settings. I’m not sure how considering the TMC IP range should be just like any other IP range in the world, right?<o:p></o:p></p>
