<div>Has anyone noticed inconsistencies in the usage data from their COUNTER 5 reports? I'm finding (for multiple major platforms) that if I re-download the same report that I saved already from earlier in the year, the numbers are often lower in the more recent
download.<br>

<div>It would be nice to know the reason this is happening. Did some usage disappear when titles were removed from the platform? Have the vendors made changes to their reporting?</div>

<div>If you've encountered this problem as well, which usage totals do you use -- the earlier reports, or the more recent reports?</div>
