<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif; color:black"> EBSCOnet is still down? I wasn’t crazy about the end of emailing support, to be replaced by submitting tickets through EBSCO Connect before this happened. If their systems
are so vulnerable, I’d prefer being able to email (general) support as an option. This incident reinforces the benefit of being able to email

<p class="x_xmsonormal">I noticed there were incident reports from Ebsco earlier this week about a service issue with ebsconet. I haven’t seen anything since Tuesday. I just tried to get to ebsconet and get a Server Error (runtime error) so I’m guessing there
is still an issue. I tried calling customer service, but for the first time ever, there’s no one to take my call, please leave a message, etc.</p>
