Interesting idea. Since about a year ago we've had our default search in our Primo discovery set to what is available full-text online or in print at our library. Before the emergency we had already noticed a large drop in ILL requests. Very few people
seem to be checking the "Expand Results Beyond Dickinson's Collection" post-search option. I should note that we are an undergraduate-only institution. </div>
