<p class="MsoNormal">I used to do what you are doing, and I still maintain a list of resources in a spreadsheet, but our University has made a big effort through our campus IT to ensure that usernames and password documents are kept in secure spaces.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">It was recommended to me by one of our IT staff to use the free version of LastPass. I had experience with this on a personal level already, but I am so happy that I switched to using it for work! You only have one username and password
to remember, and you can set it up to autofill when you click on a URL or go to a site and click on login. It will let you update information on the spot if you have to change your password down the road.<o:p></o:p></p>
