<p class="MsoNormal">The first keynote speaker, Andrea Kappler from Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library, will describe a public library’s experience partnering with Zepheira to convert their MARC records to BIBFRAME/Linked Data. Our second keynote, Janetta
Waterhouse, from the University of Albany, SUNY will close the conference with a discussion on change that will provide appropriate techniques for increasing the impact of change for the individual, the department and the organization. And 24 unique and interesting
