<p class="MsoNormal">I’m looking to revise the standard language we use when notifying patrons in response to an publisher’s excessive use / IP block. The template we currently use was developed a while ago and doesn’t really leave room for conversation that
is often necessary to understand the use in the context of an individual’s research.
