We don't use OpenAthens, but -- we had numerous error messages this week when trying to access ScienceDirect. It turned out that Elsevier had changed an authentication URL, so we added that information to our WAM forward table and all seems to be well now. </div>

I checked a couple of our ScienceDirect links and got the same error message that you are seeing. Correcting these types of problems is outside my area of responsibility, but I have passed your email on to colleagues who do deal with these types of problems.

EBSCO, who manages our OpenAthens, has submitted a ticket to Elsevier. Elsevier, on the other hand, says that they don't manage a Redirector and it's not something they can fix. They suggest that we create a
