<p class="MsoNormal">EDINA at the University of Edinburgh, in partnership with the LOCKSS Program at Stanford University, are developing an Entitlement Registry as a service for Higher Education, both in the UK and internationally. The Entitlement Registry
is a self-service information management tool to help you manage subscription history to e-journal content, and quickly retrieve and confirm post-cancellation access entitlements. If a publisher no longer provides access, it is a reliable reference tool to
confirm the access commitments previously made in licenses by a publisher.<span style="color:black;mso-fareast-language:EN-GB"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
