Has anyone encountered issues with access to some EBSCO databases but not others? Late last week we noticed issues with our access to Environment Complete, Entrepreneurial Studies Source, and LISTA. When users try to access the database
directly, they are taken to a page that asks them to select from a list of databases to search. We are also experiencing issues with journal titles that have availability within those databases; we maintain an A-Z list of electronic journals, and when users
find a journal in one of those databases and click the link to the database, they are asked for an ID and password. All of these problems are on-campus, so it doesn’t appear to be a proxy issue. Any insights would be much appreciated. Thanks!
