a PsycINFO article from home; the link resolver took her to unproxied Wiley where it gave her a paywall/login version of the page. I verified this from home, and on campus using Tunnel Bear. The same article resolves to a non-paywall page when on-campus.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">Springer has also punked out off-campus from EBSCOHost, but Sage and ScienceDirect have not. Also I have replicated the problem via TunnelBear but our Systems Specialist
did the same and got into the article. Very confusing<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">This is a recent development as far as I can tell. Also, Web of Science seems to be resolving fine. EBSCOHost tech support said it wasn’t their problem. I’ve lobbed it to
360Link and Wiley but I’m afraid we’ll be in the usual situation of “it’s the other guy’s problem”.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
