all of our platforms have been collecting PII for years but without notification to users. This is an important step forward for transparency but disappointing in some of the aspects of how the vendors are implementing it. Increasingly, to do our jobs (professionally),
we are being obligated to disclose our personal data. There has been a fair bit of discussion about protecting patron privacy but almost none about worker privacy. Lisa
