Matching up library language and IT help desk ticketing language can be a challenge, but you may need to do it for the functionality you need.</font></div><div><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><br></font></div><div><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif">I know that some others have experimented with free services like <a href="https://asana.com/pricing" target="_blank">Asana</a>. It allows you to create a team with up to 15 people. <p class="MsoNormal">We are creating a new email inbox for managing vendor correspondence, which will include ordering, licensing, trouble tickets, etc. I am having a hard time thinking of a generic enough name that covers all of these things. I am a the only
librarian that covers e-resources for this online college. I am hoping that having this separate inbox will help me manage all of the vendor tickets better and then reference staff can also login to this account to see outstanding issues that are in process.<u></u><u></u></p>
