<p class="MsoNoSpacing">While managing electronic resources, do you use Shadow Systems, tools that cover functionality that your electronic management system (ERM) may not provide? I am gathering information about shadow systems for a presentation at ER&L 2018.
I would be interested in seeing your responses if your library does or does not have a commercial ERM, has a home-grown or open source ERM, or if your library uses a suite of solutions. Since some library systems cover ERM functions in addition to other library
functions, the questions also briefly address acquisitions, collection development, and other areas. I hope to learn how libraries are creatively addressing needed functionality for managing e-resources. This survey will take about 20 minutes to complete,
