<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F4E79">We use Kanopy for not only title by title purchases but we also have a PDA program with them. I have not had any problems with off campus access. As for Customer Service, yes, they are responsive. I’m not
sure who you have been or will work with but I’ve dealt mostly with Grant Powell who has been great. I have also talked to and met (at ALA) Grant as well as a few other staff. They have been a great vendor for us.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
