I did ask Kanopy to change the URL in embed codes from http to https since Canvas requires https. We rely on Kanopy's <a href="https://help.kanopystreaming.com/hc/en-us/articles/222475847-Why-do-URL-links-for-Kanopy-work-without-proxy-">auto-redirect</a> and do not proxy Kanopy links. We also have WAM's wam_sslhost_replace option in place. <br><br>We're still having issues with embedding Alexander Street videos. <p>I haven't tried off campus access lately (there were no problems that I am aware of), but I do know we have had ongoing problems embedding video into Canvas. We can add a link without a problem -- but faculty want the video to embed.</p>

<p>I'd say tech support is a good as most other database vendors. We never did get a response to our issues with embedding though. That is on my New Year's resolution list, to start hammering at that problem again. </p>
