We are having an issue with ProQuest and Chrome and I hope there is a more systems oriented person who can give some insight. This affects some Chrome users, but not all. In Chrome, if a user tries to open ProQuest (any ProQuest database), they get an
invalid URL as shown in the attached image. In an incognito window of Chrome, there is no problem. <span style="font-family:Calibri,Helvetica,sans-serif,EmojiFont,"Apple Color Emoji","Segoe UI Emoji",NotoColorEmoji,"Segoe UI Symbol","Android Emoji",EmojiSymbols;font-size:16px">I've
encountered this problem myself -- I've tried logging out of my Chrome account, restarting my computer, shutting down and restarting and clearing my cache to no avail.
I do not see any difference in the URL, but may be missing something.
This does not seem to affect Firefox. I am also not seeing this problem with other databases.
