<div>We are having an issue with ProQuest and Chrome and I hope there is a more systems oriented person who can give some insight.  This affects some Chrome users, but not all. In Chrome, if a user tries to open ProQuest (any ProQuest database), they get an

 invalid URL as shown in the attached image. In an incognito window of Chrome, there is no problem. <span style="font-family: Calibri, Helvetica, sans-serif, EmojiFont, "Apple Color Emoji", "Segoe UI Emoji", NotoColorEmoji, "Segoe UI Symbol", "Android Emoji", EmojiSymbols; font-size: 16px;">I've

 encountered this problem myself -- I've tried logging out of my Chrome account, restarting my computer, shutting down and restarting and clearing my cache to no avail. </span><br>

I do not see any difference in the URL, but may be missing something. <br>

This does not seem to affect Firefox. I am also not seeing this problem with other databases. <br>
