<p>It is my understanding that there really isn't an administrative account for Google Scholar for librarians. Whoever you work with for your knowledge-base (Ebsco, OCLC, Serial Solutions, SFX) is the entity that interfaces with Google on your behalf. What
is the issue that you are having? </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Our library does not have a record of our Google Scholar account management information, and we have some related access issues. I went on the Google Scholar support site and did not have the phone number or email address or username to
