Hello,

Over the past two months, we are having a noticeable increase of problem reports regarding ‘400 Bad Request’ errors and other glitches that are solved by telling the user to clear their cookies and try again.

These are easily fixed but the frequency is alarming and I worry how many research attempts are abandoned rather than reported. It seems to happen mostly with Chrome, but that may be just because it’s our users’ favorite browser.

Is anyone doing anything at the administration level to curb these? We could encourage people to use incognito windows but I’d rather find a simpler solution.

Thanks,
