<div>A user alerted me to this issue as well. The first time we try to download the PDF we are told that we do not have access and to sign in (even though we do have access and can see the HTML article). I found that if we try it again directly afterwards
though, we can download the PDF so something strange is going on. <br>

Glad it's not just us.

<a href="http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0045653517307671">http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0045653517307671</a>. This problem is affecting OpenAthens, Shibboleth and IP authn. I have a ticket: [170803-011742] but no response

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">HTML access seems okay (on campus). Off campus I noted problems getting our logo to appear via Shibboleth on the evening of Tuesday 1 August and early morning Wednesday 2 August.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
