<p class="MsoNormal">From off-campus, links from Duke University Libraries’ website to content in ScienceDirect go to the SciceneDirect homepage instead of the full text content. For instance, when I click the get it@Duke button for the ebook "Encyclopedia
of Animal Behavior" at <a href="http://search.library.duke.edu/search?id=DUKE005733814">
http://search.library.duke.edu/search?id=DUKE005733814</a> from outside of the Duke network I link to the ScienceDirect homepage (<a href="http://www.sciencedirect.com/">http://www.sciencedirect.com/</a>). Our link resolver is Serials Solutions.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This problem has existed for the past 6 months. In that time, both Ex Libris and Elsevier Tech Support teams have investigated this issue. However, no one has been able to find a resolution. Duke is using the most recent proxy stanza
for ScienceDirect and we have the most recent version of EZProxy.<o:p></o:p></p>
