<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">We haven’t needed to do this retrospectively, but we do record this information on a case by case basis. If we’ve purchased anything more than one user copy, we add a non-public note to the holdings record for
the title (852, subfield x). Obviously this is just for internal tracking. The public never sees it. The wording varies a bit depending on the circumstances and what we know about the purchase (e.g. Library has purchased 3 electronic copies OR 2 copies
purchased in support of ESCI###).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

“Connect to ebook for use restrictions,” or something generic like that), or do you divide up the books into different groups so you can give more precise notes? If you divide them up, how do you manage them in your knowledgebase? Do you keep custom lists?<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We have Serials Solutions for our knowledgebase and get some MARC records from them for ebooks. We have Summon and 360 Link for discovery and openURL linking, and Innovative Sierra for our ILS.<o:p></o:p></p>
