<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Lato","sans-serif"">Our college’s IT department recently adopted and installed Trend Micro anti-virus software for on-campus workstations. It is causing problems with EZproxied links/access to e-resources. Page
loads just hang. Clicking stop and refresh sometimes helps, but not always, and not with resources where the URL in the address bar stays the same no matter where you navigate to (e.g. LexisNexis). It does not seem to be a problem with non-EZproxied URLs;
enter a database without the EZproxy prefix and it loads with no problem<o:p></o:p></span></p>
