<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;"><em>Birdie MacLennan Award</em></p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;">An award for a mid-career professional in information management, covering conference registration, three nights lodging, and travel costs within North America.</p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;"><em>Capstone Award</em></p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;">An award to recognize an individual who has made significant and distinguished contributions to the field of information resource management through recruiting and mentoring new professionals, service to NASIG or other professional organizations, notable research, or participation in organizations that advance innovation in the field.</p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;"><em>First Timer Award</em></p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;">An award to a first time attendee, professional or paraprofessional, working in the information resources management field, covering conference registration, three nights lodging, and travel costs within North America.</p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;"><em>Paraprofessional Specialist Award</em></p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;">Awards for promising paraprofessionals, covering cost of conference registration, three nights lodging, and travel within North America.</p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;"><em>Marcia Tuttle International Grant</em></p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;">A $3,000 grant for an individual working in the information management chain to fund appropriate activities in fostering international communication and education.</p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;"><em>Horizon Award</em></p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;">Awards for promising new information management professionals, covering cost of conference registration, three nights lodging, and travel within North America. Recipients will also be invited to serve on a NASIG committee.</p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;"><em>Rose Robischon Scholarship</em></p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;">A scholarship awarded to an information management professional lacking funds for travel. The scholarship covers the cost of conference registration, three nights lodging, and travel within North America.</p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="color: #333333; background: white;">Student Awards</span></strong></span></p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;"><em>John Riddick Student Grant</em></p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0in 0in .25in 0in; padding: 0;"><span style="color: #333333; background: white;">Grants for qualifying students to attend the NASIG annual conference, covering cost of registration, three nights lodging, and travel within North America.  </span><span style="color: black; background: white;">Winners will be offered the opportunity to share a 10-15 minute presentation during the conference at the Student Spotlight Session.</span></p>
