I can forward their brochure if you would like. I understood him to say that they do collect all COUNTER reports offered, but not sure at what cost. I agree that these other types of reports would be very useful to import and have asked Ebsco to offer that
as part of their service. So far, they have not done this.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">I would like to find a service or tool that will harvest for us all available COUNTER4 reports from all of our compliant vendors. But so far I've the tools/services I know of, including Proquest's
and EBSCO's as well as a couple of open source options, only get a few of the reports, most notably JR1 but missing the very important JR2 and JR5.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
