<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">We have had a long-standing consortial arrangement with them. Many years ago, we were able to negotiate an extremely large discount from list price. At the time, their list prices were published, so we had a
basis for comparison. We are coming to the end of a 5-year deal where we agreed to a larger than usual increase each year because they were otherwise not willing to continue forward. Now they are looking for a drastic price increase because they say our pricing
is not sustainable.</span></p>
